Gary is the most thorough planner I have worked with. Output quality
is unmatched in this industry. Twelve years ago when I started working
here I was impressed by his organizational skills. I was trained as a
planner at Northrop to break down the drawings and plan each job from
scratch. Gary takes that to the next level and does not miss anything.
Gary has a list of each program and part status (in layup, cured or
shipped). The program office relies on this information at status
meetings. In addition, Gary has a list of tools with a description of what
they do and what fabrication work order they are in. When you work with
someone that good you expect them to cover your own errors or to fill in
the blanks, which is what Gary has done for me many times.
