He has been an outstanding Senior Planner with a reputation for technical competence, fast response and the ability to work without formal drawings or complete documents. Gary has always been my first choice for Planning assistance to generate shop paper on a broad variety of programs from the first composite liquid hydrogen tank for NASP to fairings for our Delta rockets.
