Letter of Recommendation for Gary Crocker I've worked with Gary for the last 3 years in the McDonnell Douglas and later the Boeing Composite Fabrication Group. During that time he has worked diligently and meticulously on plans and documents associated with planning, e.g. Controlled Manufacturing Instructions. CMI's are written with pictorial instructions on how to build large rocket parts. His integrity was unquestioned. He has been conscientious in researching documents and asking the appropriate people to complete planning with a minimum of assistance. He seeks work when his assignments are completed. Gary used current technologies to improve methods of planning and CMI's that saved time and improved the processes. When given the opportunity to lead, he was a very effective leader of the Composite Self-Directed Work Group.
