To Whom It May Concern: I have had the pleasure working with Gary Crocker in the last several months. I find him well organized and a talented individual. I transferred into the non-metallics group with very little knowledge of composite assembly. Over the course of several weeks, Gary has proven to be a valuable resource of information for the fabrication of non-metallic parts. With his assistance and training, I am now a respected support engineer for the manufacturing department. Gary maintained detailed logs of many complicated and expensive hardware. I, as well as others, have called upon him many times to provide information that would have been difficult, if not impossible to obtain. He created and maintained a web-oriented database that allowed quick access to status and records. The most important thing that can be said about Gary is the dedication he puts into the quality of his work. We worked as a tight team checking each other’s work, only allowing a flawless document to be passed on to our customers. There were many times in my association with Gary I found he performed work above and beyond what was expected of our management. I look forward to working with Gary in the future.
